Accepted items is categorized as:
Pristine (New): Item has not been used and shows no signs of being worn. Pristine with tags or pristine without tags.
Excellent (Like New): Item is nearly flawless with very slight signs of use; shoes may have light scuffing on the soles, natural tan leather shows slight signs of darkening, but no signs of soiling. Bags are in overall perfect condition. Jewelry shows no signs of being worn.
Very Good (Gently Used): Items to be classified as very good means that it shows signs of use, but no signs of significant defects. Shoes may have sole scuffing. Bags may have slightly worn corners. Jewelry may have slight scratches on the metal, but stones are in perfect condition.
Good (Well Used): Item has been well-loved and shows signs of wear and has flaws to prove it. Light soiling of materials. Bags show wear at the bottom corners, but no tears, stains or major damage. Shoes have scuffing on the soles.
Note: If you have the original tags, boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards for your item, mention this in your product description.
Reasons for Refusal
Item is dirty, great deal of wear and tear, item requiring repair, tears, ring marks, felting or pilling in knitwear, lining that has been torn or with holes, marked, damaged leather, lining that is torn or has holes, bad stains (makeup, ink, etc.) worn out corners, repairs that have not been indicated in the description (alterations, changed buttons, etc.), strong odors (musty, smoke or pet smell), unstitched hems, holes, tears, discoloration, missing brand label, deep scratches not indicated in description, an products overall condition is bad.
